About ninety-four (94) farmers in the Nanumba North District Assembly have been dragged to court over GhC2.9 million.

This amount is said to be the total cost of fertilizers and farm inputs supply to these farmers by the ministry of agriculture under the government block farm project two years ago.

New Sickle Cell Clinic establish for the north

A newly established sickle cell clinic designed to cater for sickle cell patients through counseling, education and advocacy to empower would-be marriage couples to make informed choices to limit the risk of the disease would soon be inaugurated in Tamale.
